IN CONVERSATION WITH REBEKAH is a live show hosted by award-winning film festival strategist and author Dr. Rebekah Louisa Smith, widely known as The Film Festival Doctor.
During these shows she has in-depth and unfiltered conversations with innovators who have shaped the entertainment world to help inspire others to build and expand their film careers
This is not a gossip show or a surface-level chat. Known for her warm, intelligent interviewing style and her gift for bringing out real stories, this show presents Rebekah’s signature blend of in-depth research on her guest, insight, empathy, sharp industry knowledge, and strategic thinking — opening up real and honest conversations.
Rebekah’s first live show will take place on 4 March 2026 at 7:30pm at the Texas Theatre. She will be interviewing the Oscar-shortlisted filmmaker Sam Henderson.
